As you move through the forest we tell you about your surroundings, from when the forest was first planted right through to present day restoration works. We’ll tell you about the people who lived and worked here, tales of mythology and mystery, love and loss, drawing back the forest veil to show what lies beneath.
We’ll also help you identify tree and animal species here at Hazelwood, which is one of Coillte’s national forests. And once you’ve completed the walk, be sure to leave a comment on our social channels and follow #trailaudio.
